When you submit a report, we may collect: your name (optional), email address (optional), and the evidence/content you provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Submitter contact info: Used solely to follow up on submissions. Never published, shared, or sold.
- Submitted evidence: Used to verify claims and publish reports per our Terms & Conditions.
- Server logs: Used for security monitoring and abuse prevention.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information
- We do not use tracking cookies for advertising
- We do not share submitter identities with investigated companies
- We do not require accounts to view reports
4. Anonymous Submissions
We accept and encourage anonymous submissions. No name or email is required to submit a report. Anonymous submissions receive the same editorial review as identified submissions.
5. Data Retention
Submitted evidence is retained for the lifetime of the published report. Contact information may be deleted upon request. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Google Fonts for typography, Iconify for icons, and Cloudflare for CDN/security. These services may collect anonymized usage data per their own privacy policies.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal data (name, email) by contacting us through the submission form. Note that published report content (which does not contain submitter identities) is retained per our editorial mission.
