3.5 License Grant for Submitted Content
By submitting content to PeptideScams.org, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your submitted content in connection with the operation of the Site and its purpose of consumer protection. This license survives any termination of your relationship with the Site.
You retain ownership of any original content you submit. This license allows us to incorporate your evidence and descriptions into published reports.
4. Right to Update or Remove Reports
We reserve the right to update, amend, or remove any published report at any time based on:
- New evidence submitted by the community or discovered through independent research
- Verified corrections or clarifications provided by the investigated company

When a report is updated, the update will be noted with a date and description of changes. We do not silently alter published reports.
5. Company Response Process
Companies that are the subject of a published report may submit evidence to dispute findings through the same submission form available to the public. Company responses that include verifiable evidence will be reviewed and, if warranted, incorporated into the report as an update or correction. Companies may also request a formal review by contacting us through the submission process.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- Reports are complete, accurate, or current in all respects
- The Site will be available without interruption
- Any specific outcome will result from reliance on our reports
You acknowledge that purchasing decisions regarding peptide vendors should be based on your own independent research and due diligence, and that our reports are one resource among many.
7. DMCA and Takedown Requests
If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Notices must include:
